Description

The Armed Forces Radiobiology Research Institute in Bethesda, MD has a requirement for one basic year (1) year plus four (4) option years for uniform services. Services are to include providing uniforms, cleaning and repairing/replacing. Contractor shall provide twelve (12) sets of per employee (thirteen (13) employees). Contractor shall pick-up and deliver laundry on a weekly basis. Contractor is to clean and remove stains, which could entail blood, urine, feces and/or ink. Contractor shall replace uniforms that are worn, damaged or are unable to be cleaned. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Contractor must accept payment by Electronic Funds Transfer and must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) -- www.ccr2000.com. Vendors not registered in the CCR prior to award will be ineligible for award. This is a small business set-aside. All requests for the RFQ must be in writing. No oral requests will be accepted.
