Description

The Armed Forces Radiobiology Research Institute in Bethesda, MD has a requirement for one basic year (1) year plus four (4) option years for services of laboratory coats. Services are to include providing the coats, cleaning and repairing/replacing laboratory coats. Contractor shall pick-up dirty lab coats on a weekly basis. Contractor is to clean and remove stains, which could entail blood, urine and/or ink. Contractor shall replace worn lab coats, damaged coats or coats unable to be cleaned. Estimated coats to be cleaned weekly: 10 -- 20. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Contractor must accept payment by Electronic Funds Transfer and must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) -- www.ccr2000.com. Vendors not registered in the CCR prior to award will be ineligible for award. This is a small business set-aside. All requests for the RFQ must be in writing. No oral requests will be accepted.
