Procurement will be SET-ASIDE FOR NATIVE AMERICAN OWNED FIRMS under the "BUY INDIAN ACT", 25 USC 47, Section 7(b) of P.L. 93-638 (25 USC 450e), which requires that the preference opportunities in employement and training be given to the Native American/Alaskan Native individuals and that preference in award of Subcontracts be given to Native American Indian/Alaskan Native economic enterprises.
