Description

Work site is the Minton -- Capehart Federal Building, 575 N. Pennsylvania Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, "Plaza Renovation" Briefly, and without force and effect upon contract documents, work of contract can be summarized as follows: Furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to renovate existing plaza and site. Work includes, but is not limited to, demolition of existing brick plaza and amenities. Provide new plaza & amenities, daycare fence, and an underground irrigation system. Renovate existing wall mural and light wave. Term of the contract is 180 days. The estimated cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The North American Industry Code is 233320 and the small business size is $27.5 million. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns in accordance with Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. Request for proposals will be available on or about July 18, 2001. General Service Administration is issuing this solicitation only electronically. Prospective offerors may download the solicitation at http://www.eps.gov. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any). Offer due date and time for receipt of proposals will be August 21, 2001 at 4:00PM CST (Chicago). Women Owned Businesses and Businesses located in Hubzones are encouraged to submit.
