Description

Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment and perform all work in connection with Renovations to Troop Bay Latrines, Floor Tile Replacement, Install Annunciation Panels and HV 1&2 at Fort Jackson, S C. The Magnitude of Construction is between $1,000,000. and $5,000,000. The NAICS Code is 235990, $11.5 mil. This requirement is being considered for a HUBZone Set-Aside. Interested HUBZone certified firms must provide a written certification of its intent to bid on the project if it is set aside for HUBZone firms. The written certification must be received within seven days (one week) after the date that this synopsis is printed in order to be considered. The written certification may be faxed to (803) 751-5429 to the attention of the contract specialist. If sufficient response is not received, the solicitation will be issued as Unrestricted under the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. The solicitation will be available only on the internet at www.tac.eustis.army.mil Drawings and other attachments will be available by contacting the contract specialist at the above fax number. Any amendments will be available at the above internet site also. Interested bidders are cautioned to check the site periodically. The successful contractor shall be CCR certified.
