THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE COMBINED Synopsis/RFO FOR SERVICE AND MATERIALS FOR SECOND STORY ADDITION TO BUILDING 1216, EDUCATION COMPLEX, NASA LANGLEY RESEARCH CENTER, HAMPTON, VA SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS NOTICE. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their offer. This notice serves as the official amendment to the subject solicitation and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to change the proposed release date for the IFB and the proposed due date for receipt of bids. The release date for the IFB is on or about August 30, 2001 with a bid due date of October 15, 2001. Documents related to this solicitation will be available over the Internet.
