Description

Furnish all labor, equipment, materials and supplies for the rehabilitation of a domestic water system at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge near Princeton, OR. The project includes reconstructing a 15,000 gallon below-grade concrete water storage tank, and replacing approximately 2,800 linear feet of waterline. The due date for offers is an approximate date. The actual due date shall be 30 days after issuance of the solicitations. Estimated construction cost range is between $100,000.00 -- $500,000.00. This is not an invitation for bid. Award will be negotiated on "best value" basis based on such factors as past performance and experience, in accordance with FAR Part 15 provisions.
