Description

Work consists of the removal of approximately 2,707,000 cubic yards of dredged material to a required depth of 16 feet below mean low tide and 1 foot to 2 feet allowable overdepth. The plans and specifications will be provided on compact disc (CD). To obtain a CD, please register at www.swg.usace.army.mil/ct. Subcontracting goals for the Galveston District are: 61.4% -- Small Business; 9.1% -- Small Disadvantaged Business; 5.0% -- Woman-Owned; 1.5% -- Hubzone Small Business; 3.0% -- Veteran-Owned Small Business. The estimated cost range for this project is between $1 Million and $5 Million.
