Description

The work to be done consist of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, and equipment, and performing all work in strict accordance with these specifications, schedules, and drawings forming parts thereof, for Renovation of Bldg. 137. 1.1 Project Description: In general, the work to be performed consists of but not limited to the following: a. Cleaning/Pressure Washing the interior of the building from floor to ceiling. b. New EPDM roof system on the existing concrete roof. c. New roll-up doors (2) and one (1) personnel door. d. New electrical service, electrical lighting, and power system for building as show on contract drawings. All work shall be done, complete, in strict accordance with these specifications and the applicable drawings consisting of Plan No. IE-255-01, 5 sheets subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. This procurement is unrestricted. Magnitude of this project is between 25,000 and $100,000 Performance period is for 90 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. This solicitation is unrestricted. North Americian Industry Classification System Code is 233310. Size standard is $27.5 Million. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c), therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Estimated issued date is 17 July 2001. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto.
