Description

Subject to final approval, the Bureau of the Public Debt intends to acquire, on a sole source basis, Oracle Compusearch Integration solution (OCI) which integrates the Oracle Release 11i, Federal Financials Applications and Compusearch PRISM products to provide a ?Procure to Pay? solution as well as providing support for contracts management. The OCI is a software package that supports the synchronization of the following items between the two systems: users, vendor information, ship to and bill to location, requisitions, purchase orders, task/delivery orders, BPAs, contracts, modifications, cancellations funds reservations, receipts, and invoicing information. No solicitation document is available. A request for documentation will not be considered an affirmative response. If no affirmative written response is received by July 30, 2001, to the effect that a comparable service is available, and that it is more advantageous to the Government than obtaining this product through sole-source contract, a sole-source award will be made. =20 Interested offerors may register at http://www.fedbizopps.gov to receive notification when any amendments are issued and available for downloading.
