CORRECTION: The action was original publicized in the CBD on June 20,2001, Amendment No. 0001 June 29, 2001, Amendment #0002 on July 10, 2001 and Amendment #0003 on July 12, 2001. This is Amendment #0004 to MT-595-01 for Angle Steel,delivery to UNICOR, FCI Terminal Island, CA. The following is solicitation is amended as follows: As a correction to the previous Amendment 0003, the following UNICOR Part Number are amended and required to be punched: Item 0002, ANS0008; Item 0003, ANS0009; Item 0009, ANS0081; Item 0010, ANS0083; Item 0011, ANS0084; and Item 0015, ANS0089. All other contract terms and condition remain unchanged. See Amendment No. 0004 on UNICOR's website. A reminder that all amendments issued must be acknowledged and signed in Blocks 15A, 15B, and 15C, respectively, and returned to UNICOR, ATTN: Louise Stoneberger.
