Description

Provide full building operation and mechanical maintenance at the T. G. Abernethy Federal Building, in Aberdeen, the Federal Building/Post Office/Courthouse, in Oxford and Greenville, and the Federal Building/Post Office, Greenwood, Mississippi. All four buildings will be covered by one contract. Estimated cost of this project is between $750,000 and $1,000,000. Solicitation to be issued on or about July 30, 2001. The estimated contract period will be three years commencing on or about October 01, 2001, with two 3-year options. The NAIC Code is 235950. When requesting a bid set provide information as to whether your organization (together with its affiliates) is a large or small business. The proposed procurement is under a 100 percent small business set aside; the size standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates, having average annual sales receipts the preceding three fiscal years not in excess of $11.5 million.
