Description

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, San Diego, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis a Basic Ordering Agreement with Litton Guidance and Control Systems of Woodland Hills, CA, the original equipment manufacturer. The proposed orders will procure services and supplies in support of Automatic Test Equipment TS-3846A/ASM-608(V) Inertial Measurement Unit Test Sets (IMUTS). Litton is the designer, developer and manufacturer and is the only firm that posseses the experience, knowledge, technical expertise, production tooling and facilities capable of performing these requirements within the Government required schedule. The ordering period shall be five years beginning approximately 1 Oct 2001. Note 22 applies.
