Description

The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute intends to award multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements for printing and printing related services. These services include but are not limited to the following: printing, graphics, duplicating, bindery services, design and layout, electronic image setting, digital scanning, etc. We anticipate issuing multiple BPA's for this service. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Codes: 323110, Printing, Lithographic (Except Books, Grey Goods, Manifold Business Forms, Quick P); 323111, Printing, Photo-Offset (Except Books, Grey Goods, manifold Business Forms, Printing); 323112, Printing, Letterpress (Except Grey Goods, Manifold Business Forms); 323113, Printing, Screen (Except Books, Printing Grey Good, Manifold Business Form); 323114, Printing, Quick; 323115, Printing, Digital (e.g., Graphics, High Resolution, Billboards, Other Large Format Graphical Materials); 323117, Printing Books Without Publishing; 323119, Printing, Engraving, On Paper Products, Printing, Letterpress (Except Books, Grey Goods, Manifold Business Forms); 323121, Printing Post-press Services (e.g., Beveling, Bronzing, Edging, Foil Stamping) To Printed Products (e.g., Books, Cards, Paper), size standard 500 employees, will be used for this requirement. This requirement is set-aside for small business, small disadvantage businesses, and (8)a business concerns. The Solicitation document will be released on or about July 16, 2001, with proposals due on or about July 31, 2001. All requests for the solicitation document must be in writing, citing Solicitation Number: NHLBI-PS-2001-026.
