Description

Single award term contract for the period 12-01-01 to 11-30-02. Face and back or face only forms. Trim 5-1/2 x 8-1/2" up to 8-1/2 x 11" and over 8-1/2 x 11" up to 11 x 17" or over 11 x 17" up to 11 x 25-1/2". Printing head to head or head to foot in black ink or a single color other than black; however, occasional some orders may print in two colors. Anticipate 500 to 1,255,000 copies per order and 250 to 400 orders per year , 5 to 35 orders per month. Operation include binding, packing, mailing and distribution. Copy pick up in Baltimore, MD. Quality level IV. Bid opening anticipated during the month of October 2001. Request bid invitation by letter to the address above.
