Description

Charter a Turbo Commander for approximately 50 hours commencing approximately 8/15/01 for the National Marine Mammal Lab. Purpose of charter is to conduct aerial population surveys for harbor seals over the gulf of Alaska from approximately 158 degrees W on the south side of the Alaska Peninsula to 144 degrees W near Cape Suckling. Request solicitation in writing via fax. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less than $100,000.
