Description

Successful contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supplies and materials necessary to construct an Operations Building for the Cedar City Air Tanker Base. This project is located in Cedar City, UT, at the Cedar City Municipal Airport, Iron County, UT. Estimated price range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Bonds are required as follows: bid bond -- 20% of the bid price; payment and performance bonds -- 100% of the contract amount.
