Description

This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 36; Construction and Architect-Engineer Contracts and an award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition procedures. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service intends to issue a Request For Quotations (RFQ) for the construction of a break water replacement wall in accordance with USFWS specifications and drawings at Swan Quarter National Wildlife Refuge, Bell Island Pier, Hyde County, NC. The proposed contract is not a small business set-a-side in accordance with the lastest quarterly adjustment under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The Size Standard is $27.5 million. The NAICS code is 23491. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. RFQ scheduled issue date is 8/02/01. RFQ scheduled closing date is 9/04/01. A firm-fixed price purchase order will be issued, with a performance period of 90 days. Anticipated award date will be on or about 09/14/01.
