Description

Pre-solicitation: Competition for this project is restricted to those participants having a bona fide place of business within the geographical boundaries of the U.S. Small Business Administration's (SBA) Washington, D.C. District Office. Contact the SBA district office to determine eligibility. Sealed bids from all eligible business concerns will be accepted for the Rock Creek Park Project PRA-ROCR 18(1), in Washington, District of Columbia. The project consists of the reconstruction and resurfacing of parking areas and roadways serving the Carter Barron Amphitheater and the Tennis Pavillion and Stadium. The work consists of removal of asphalt pavement, roadway construction, placement of aggregate base, hot asphalt concrete pavement (Superpave), drainage improvements, and other miscellaneous work. The project is expected to fall within the price range of $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Bid documents are scheduled for issue in the second week of August. Bids will be due 30 days after the issue date.
