Description

The Dept of Veterans Affairs Medical Center intends to negotiate a sole source contract with ERBE USA Incorporated of Marietta, GA for the purchase of the APC 300 Argon Plasma Coagulator/ICC 200 E-A Electrosurgical Generator GI System. Purchase will include all delivery, installation and training as required for the VA Hospital in Asheville NC. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes however, responses received on or before Aug 24. 2001 will be evaluated. Offerors responding to this notice must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer and at a minimum include equipment brochures, company literature, plus a list of at least three references from similar facilities who are currently using the suggested equipment.
