Description

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to TLC Family Care, Tampa, FL to perform physical evaluations on spouses and children of Persian Gulf War veterans for the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd., Tampa, FL. The contract shall be for one year. This is in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, for Other Than Full & Open Competition. The anticipated date of award is August 1, 2001. This notice is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
