The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is soliciting proposals for the development of teaching modules for grades K4 thought 3rd to include Camera-ready copies of a coloring book with pullout stickers. The period of performance will be for 11 months. This acquisition will result in an award of firm fixed price purchase order in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Part 13 . For this project, the contractor shall establish a Dental Advisory Group with input from Project Officer and HRSA staff, meet with the Dental Advisory Group and Project Officer to discuss the content of the coloring book, brochures, stickers and accompanying teaching module; develop a plan to distribute the coloring book and attachments. This materials will be used to increase the awareness of children of color in the Baltimore /Washington metropolitan area, from K4 to 3rd grade, and their parents, about the importance of oral health and the need for preventive dental services.
