Description

Successful contractor shall furnish all equipment, labor and supplies to perform cleaning of vault toilet facilities at eight sites in the Imperial Sand Dunes, Imperial County, California. Disposal of trash must occur at an approved facility and be performed in accordance with Federal, state and local regulations. Work includes sweeping side walks, pressure washing floors, cleaning chrome fixtures, removing trash, replacing toilet tissue, adding disinfectant and water to each vault, and cleaning building interior, including wall partitions, windows, pipe chases, ceiling, toilet risers and seats. The Contractor shall not be responsible for pumping the vault toilets under this contract. Service Contract Act wages are applicable to this procurement. This project is being procured under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13 using a request for quotation (RFQ) process, see Note 1. The resultant award will be a purchase order with a base year beginning October 1, 2001, and ending September 30, 2002, and one Option Period beginning October 1, 2002, and ending September 30, 2003. All responsible small businesses may submit a quotation which shall be considered.
