THE GOVERNMENT HAS A REQUIREMENT FOR 3 EACH EXTRACTOR UNIT TEST SUPPORT KITS, NSN 4920-01-424-8886KV, P/N: PR7707385-2, APPLICABLE TO F-16 ACFT ESS. THE ITEM IS SOLE SOURCED TO RSL ELECTRONICS LTD, INDUSTRIAL ZONE PO BOX 21, MIGDAL HAEMEK ISRAEL 10550 IS. FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION USED AT ORGANIZATIONAL LEVEL OF MAINTENANCE TO EXTRACT; ANALYZE AND DISPLAY THE F-16 ENGINE STARTING SYSTEM (ESS) DATA STORED IN THE DIAGNOSTIC ENGINE STARETING SYSTEM CONTROLLER RDAL III REFERENCE DATA AND LITERATURE SERD 24512. THE SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED TO THE FEDBIZOPPS WEBSITE (HTTP://EPS.GOV.)
