Description

The Ohio National Guard intends to award a contract to Merrill Engineering LTD. The proposed contract action is for supplies, which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quote or proposal, which shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Telephone proposals will not be accepted, only those proposals received through regular mail, email or facsimile received directly from the proposer. Note #12,26
