- 377th CONS/LGCA, Kirtland AFB New Mexico, intends to award a sole source purchase to Roper Scientific, DBA Princeton Instruments, 3660 Quakerbridge Rd, Trenton, NJ 08619. The objective of this effort will be to purchase an imaging spectrometer as follows: Princeton Instruments Spec-10:400. With: 7385-0001 thermoelectrically cooled camera head, exclusive scientific grade 1, front-illuminated, MPP CCD, 1340 x 400 pixels, 20 x 20 pixels (26.8mm image area), Thermoelectric Peltier cooled with forced air; 6050-0321 camera head cable, 10'; 7384-0010 standard spectroscopy mount with 3.6" bolt circle, no shutter; 7355-0003 ST133 camera controller, dual 16 bit 100 KHz, 16 bit 1 MHz A/D converter; 7323-0002 PC/PCI board with 25' cable; 4412-0048 real-time acquisition, display, and data processing software for Windows 95, 98, visual basic program capability, supports high-speed DMA collection, full featured help; 7051-003 acton small shutter assembly, adapter mount; 150mm focal length monochromator with micrometer controlled entrance and standard multichannel detector adapter flange on exit port; sample chamber, 4-ports with light tight cover and two quartz lenses, includes one mounting port for SpectraPro entrance/exit slit, two mounting ports for SpectraPro type light sources or detection, requires sample holder; mirror, 32x32mm, coated with ARC#2000 (AL+MgF2); ruled grating, 300 G/mm with 500nm blaze; fixed position mounting with removable sample holder, for 1.0" diameter samples. Includes internal image correction with original polished aspheric optics, interchangeable dual grating turret, stepping motor scanning system with 16-bit microprocessor control, RS232 and IEEE488 computer interfaces, plush scan control software for Windows.
