Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for various commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, a quote is being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation N61339-01-T-0068 is issued as a request for quote and incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-24. The solicitation shall be awarded on a sole source basis to CHRISTIE DIGITAL SYSTEMS, CYPRESS, CA 90630. The NAICS Code for this solicitation is 334419, with a size standard of 500 employees. The following items are required: CLIN 0001, LVPS, P/N: 03-000229-03P, 2 each; CLIN 0002, RED CRT, P/N: 03-000254-01P, 8 each; CLIN 0003, GREEN CRT, P/N: 03-000254-02P, 8 each; CLIN 0004, BLUE CRT, P/N: 03-000254-03P, 8 each; CLIN 0005, HVPS, P/N: 03-000310-02P, 3 each; CLIN 0006, DEFLECTION MODULE, P/N: 03-263350-01P, 2 each; CLIN 0007, HORIZONTAL DEFLECTION BD, P/N: 03-270303-09P, 2 each; CLIN 0008, VIDEO NECK BD, P/N: 03-270339-01P, 2 each; ship to NAS LEMOORE, CA 93246-5022, and to NAS OCEANA, VIRGINIA BEACH, VA 23460 delivery NLT 90 days; acceptance shall be made at destination upon delivery. Delivery shall be made FOB Destination. The following FAR/DFAR provisions and clauses apply to this acquisitions: 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-5 (DEV), 252.212-7001. The following subparagraphs of FAR 52.212-5(b) apply: (11), (12), (13), (14), (15), (16). The following subparagraphs of FAR 52.212-5(c) apply: None. The following clauses of DFARS 252.212-7001(b) and (c) apply: 252.225-7001. A COMPLETED COPY OF THE FOLLOWING MUST BE INCLUDED WITH THE QUOTE: FAR 52.212-3 AND DFARS 252.212-7000. The following clause also apply: DFARS 252.204-7004, "Required Central Contractor Registration". The DPAS rating for this solicitation is N/A.
