Description

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to purchase under a firm fixed price contract for the fabrication of a Radar Camouflage Unit (RCU) for the Integrated Electronics Mast (IEM). Detailed specifications and unclassified drawings will be made available in RFQ # N66604-01-Q-4936. The work to be performed under this task is Secret Security Classification. Secret drawings will be made available upon request. In order to be cleared to receive the secret drawings, a potential offeror should e-mail (preferred), write, or call the Contract Negotiator and provide its CAGE Code and name and address of the person eligible to receive Secret material. Technical and Price proposals will be required for a best-value determination by the Government. Evaluation factors include Technical/Management Approach, Facilities and Price. Delivery FOB Destination to NUWCDIVNPT within 5 months of award. NAICS Code is 327999; size standard is 500 employees. This acquisition is a total set aside for small business.
