Description

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) intends to negotiate sole source with Multimedia Envirosoft Corporation, 3231 Ocean Park Blvd., Suite 222, Santa Monica, CA 90405 to provided continuing technical and system design support for the development of a next generation fully coupled multimedia compartmental model. Multimedia Envirosoft Corporation as the developer of this unique modeling methodology posses unique knowledge necessary for the successful implementation of the MEND-TOX approach under the EPA multimedia integrated modeling system (MIMS) computer frameworks and its appropriate integration with other modeling research and methodologies for MIMS under development elsewhere. The EPA has identified Multimedia Envirosoft Corporation the only firm capable of satisfying the modifications requirements stated above. Only Multimedia Envirosoft Corporation, can modify the proprietary source code to meet the needs of EPA i.e. FAR 6.302-1 "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy Agency requirements". Interested parties who can meet the above requirement may submit written qualification statements, fully explaining their capabilities no later than 15 days after the date of this publication.
