Description

This is a Sources sought Synopsis to determine if there are any private sector offerors or Federal Agencies interested and capable of providing floor Covering Services (if yes then specifically what type of services do you offer) at various Facilities at Andrews Air Force Base, Brandywine and Davidsonville, Maryland. This is not a request for proposal this is for planning purposes only; and it is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. This office is requesting commercial terms and conditions, contract type, commercial and performance based statement of work and other commercial practices currently in use for these required services.
