Description

1- Bus Transportation services, for planned touring events, 11-25 August 2001, for four (4) groups of approximately 43 persons for each group. Requirement is for four (4) luxury coach bus ( 57 passenger seating capacity), WITH DRIVER, to provide transportation between points, and local tours within the routes listed below: GROUP 1: From New York (JFK) TO Miami FL (MIA) GROUP 2: From St. Pauli International, MN TO: Miami, FL (MIA) GROUP 3: From Denver International Airport TO: Houston, TX GROUP 4: From Seattle WA International Airport TO: Las Vegas NV Int'l Airport 2- U.S. Southern Command, 3511 NW 91st Ave. Miami FL 33172 requires motor coach (bus services) with applicable number of drivers as required by state lkaws/policies for transportation, during period 11-25 August 2001. 3- Bus and drivers will be available 24 hours a day to transport to various sights in each city, along the scheduled tour with the United States. Parking fees, specisl fees and tolls fir buses during the entire tour is the reosponsibility of the contractor. 4- Buses will be equipped with air condition, T.V., VCR, reclining seats, arm rest, foot rest, clean rest rooms (at all times), PA system, radio and audio tapes.
