Description

This proposed procurement is 100% small business set-aside, SIC 1611/NAICS 23411, small business size standard (for NAICS code) is $27.5 million. Estimated cost of construction is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Completion no later than 28 calendar days. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and materials required to place bituminous concrete base and surface course and line striping at designated areas at the Tompkins Recreation Area. Approximately 36,760 sf is to receive base and surface coat; approximately 152,820 sf is to receive surface coat only (top and level); and approximately 2,150 linear feet is to receive line striping. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge, to all registered plan holders. The media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitation will be the Internet only. This solicitation will not be issued in paper. Contractors' requests for this solicitation will be performed through ASFI.
