Description

This solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Corporate Contract for the procurement of sole source, part-numbered items manufactured by Lord Corporation (Cage 76005 & 30061) for a three-year base, one three-year option period, and two two-year option periods for a total of ten years. DSCR currently does not have a data package for any of the NSNs included in this solicitation. The NSNs, part numbers, and annual estimated quantities are available upon request. Alternate offers must submit a complete technical data package for each NSN for approval in order to be considered for award. FOB Origin. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated award date is January 2, 2002. In accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), Other than Full and Open Competition applies. Reference notes: 22, 23, 26.
