The government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis, a firm fixed price contract with Pace Inc., 9893 Brewers Ct., Laurel, Maryland 20723, under authority of FAR 6.301-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested parties may submit a capability statement. The Government, for the purpose of determining whether to initiate a competitive procurement will consider all capability statements received in response to this notice. The government reserves the right to process this procurement as a sole source based on the response received.
