Description

The U.S. Army Soldier and Biological Chemical Command intends to conduct negotiations with and award a contract to Data Sciences International, 4211 Lexington Avenue North, St. Paul, Mn 55126-6164, on a basis of other than full and open competition, reference FAR 6.302-1(a) for Implant for measurement of biopotential, temperature, and physical activity in mice; implant for measurement of temperature and physical activity in mice; general purpose receiver for plastic cages; dataquest ART data exchange matrix; power supply for ART (for both 110v and 220v); power cord to IDE for 110v power supply; dataquest acquisition and analysis system, includes software, board and 4 meter cable, dataquest ART gold version 2.1 includes ETA/EA-F20 starter kit, trocar sleeves for rodent, magnet and F20 training module with leads, 14ga 1.5" needle and CTA/ETA/CA/EA series implant manual; and software maintenance for DQ ART 2.0 gold software. Data Sciences International has the only telemetry system that is compatible with existing USARIEM data collection equipment. No solicitation document is available. See Note 22.
