Description

The National Institute on Aging, Gerontology Research Center, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with ISS, P O Box 6930, Champaign, IL 61822 for the following: 1) Light Detector and Acquisition Electronics Package including two independent detection channels, each including a selected light detector (photomultiplier tube) with related optics and electronics, data acquisition card, complete software package and two calibration blocks with known optical properties; 2) two dual in-line muscle measuring probes and 3) P5-266 MHz portable personal computer with laptop and docking station.
