Description

Purchase and installation of 18 ea Mitsubishi-LVPX 390U XGA LCD Projector 1024 X 768 Native 1280 X 1024 Compressed Three 1.3" System or equal. NOTE: Any equal brand must have four input capability (i.e., input into 2 personal computers, 1 VCR and 1 8 mm VCR. Setup will be required for 18 classrooms for F-16 pilot academic training. Perspective offerors are required to visit sites to propose a design setup of the system and make a firm-fixed price in writing to include parts and labor. Site visit is scheduled for 23 Aug 01, 10:00 A.M. in the 56th Contracting Squadron Conference Room, Bldg 26, address: 14100 W. Eagle St., Luke AFB, AZ. Please email or call your intention to participate in the scheduled site visit. A written solicitation (AF Form 1449) will be posted to this solicitation within the next 30 days. Please send any questions concerning this solicitation via email. Primary contact will not be present 30 Jul through 17 Aug. In his absence, address any questions or your intent to participate in scheduled site visit to the alternate point of contact. A statement of work is included in the solicitation with floor plans. Best technical solution and past performance will be evaluated higher than cost. Please provide past performance documentation, if you have. However, available funding will play a critical factor. System needs to be user friendly (easy to use) and compatible amongst all of the 18 classrooms. Training must be provided in the use of the system. Successful offeror must be able to provide local service after installation. =20
