Description

UNICOR FPI intends to enter into a Firm Fixed Price Requirements type contract for non-woven wool for disaster blankets. The period of performance shall be from date of award thru one (1) year. Specifications shall be as follows: Disaster-Blanket, Nonwoven-wool, Heather Gray, 8.8 oz., 91.5"W X 90YD, minimum 30% wool, maximum 70% man made fibers (+/- 5%). Delivery is FOB Destination USP Terre Haute, IN. Delivery acceptance is 30 days after receipt of delivery order. The award will be based on the best value to the Government. The evaluation factors are: price, past performance, and specifications. This requirement is domestic only. Additional information will be provided in the solicitation which is due to be issued on or about July 25, 2001.
