- Description
- This project consists of mechanical site preparation and fireline construction in the Counties of Sabine/Shelby/San Augustine, Sabine National Forest, Texas. Variable conditions exist within the traversed treatment areas due to blowdown incident of February 1998, a prebid site visit is recommended. Nine Mile area consists of 8 compartments for a total of 485 acres; Ragtown area consists of 16 compartments for a total of 454 acres. Payment will be made at the unit price for the number of hours completed and accepted. Contract time is approximately 60 calendar days. See Numbered Note 1.
