Description

Contractor provide non-personal medical maintenance service for cassette reader, model no's FCR5000, SN 9682621 & 9682610, AND FCR5000R, SN 0612923. Full service, 8 am to 5 pm Monday thru Friday excluding Federal holidays and weekends. Service include labor, parts, glassware, materials, excluding disposables, consumable supplies, damage due to acts of God, neglect, abuse, misuse. Repair parts, calibration, upgrading and preventive maintenance is on a call basis of the equipment listed. Services to be provided at William Beaumont Army Medical Center, El Paso, TX. Period of performance is 1 Aug 2001, or date of award, whichever is later, thru 30 Sep 2001 with 4 one year option periods. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by this agency. Solicitation is available to interested parties through electronic data interchange (EDI). Requests for solicitation my be requested by FAX. No telephone request will be accepted.
