Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is F31610-02-Q-0019 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-16. The North American Industry Classification System code is 541350(for coding purposes only) and the small business size standard is $5.0 Million for this acquisition. The estimated dollar value of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. This procurement consists of providing all labor, supplies, materials, supervision, transportation, equipment, and all else necessary to Inspect and Maintain Hanger Doors at Seymour Johnson AFB, NC. The following provisions apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors ? Commercial; the Government will award a purchase order resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the responsible offer whose proposal, conforming to this synopsis/solicitation, will offer the best value to the Government, price, and other factors considered. The listed FAR clauses apply to this solicitation and are incorporated by reference. Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The entire solicitation will be released solely on the FedBizOpps website, www.eps.gov. (Paper copies will not be released) It is the offerors responsibility to monitor this site for the release of amendments (if any).
