Description

The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity, 820 Chandler Street, Fort Detrick, MD intends to negotiate a SOLE SOURCE procurement with Papa Ola Lokahi, Honolulu, Hawaii for support in the development and execution of the Native Hawaiian Health Care Project for the Pacific e-Health Innovation Center at Tripler Army Medical Center in Hawaii. This is a SOLE SOURCE procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-5 and is not a request for competitive quotes. However, responses received from other responsible non-profit Native Hawaiian small businesses prior to close of business on 30 July 2001 will be evaluated. Offerors responding to this notice must provide proof that they can provide the requested services.
