Description

SYNOPSIS# 50G934 is being amended to add Aero Products Company, 815 East Rosecrans Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90059-3510 as a approval source for Cover, Access, NSN 1560-01-115-3720, APN 70500-02053-064, and also to add the following statement: "This acquisition contains data which is considered critical technology and has been restricted for release outside the United States. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government." Also has been change to 100% small business set-aside. "By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored". Notes: 1, 23 and 26. There are no other changes to the Synopsis.
