Description

The US Army Research Lab (ARL) intends to negotiate with Metravib RDS, Limonest, France on a sole source basis to obtain two (2) PILARMAN ground vehicle and sniper detecting, man portable, acoustic sensor systems with one (1) week of on-site training and training materials. This action is for the Foreign Comparative Test Program. The authority and policy of the FCT is from Title 10 U.S. Code 2304 ( c ) ( 1 ), as implemented by DFAS 6.302-1(a). A CBD announcement was posted on 22 March 2000 to identify offerors of systems that would meet the Joint Threat Warning System program. See Note 22 *****
