FOB Destination, Inspection / Acceptance Destination, in accordance with QAP 251, Delivery 14 days ARO, Ship to address: Arnold, MO 63013. This is for a long-term type contract, Single or Multiple Award Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with base and four option years. The estimated annual demand quantity is 133 skids (SD), guaranteed minimum quantity of 14 skids. This is a commercial-off-the-shelf item. Unrestricted procurement. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
