Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Commercial Services/Supplies prepared in accorandance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this synopsis. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The North American Industrial Classification Code 541519 and its size standard of $18.0 million apply to this announcement. It is the intent of the National Library of Medicine (NLM) to procure the following items on an all or none lowest cost basis. 1) VisiBroker 4.5 for Java Developer Solaris, 2.6, 7.0, 8.0 Manufacturer Part # VJD6145WWDD000 (4 each); 2) VisiBroker 4.5 for Java, Deployment per CPU per server Solaris Manufacturer Part #VJD6145WWDV00S (20 each) and 3) Enterprise Platinum Support Manufacturer Part #VBA0000USXAPY1 (1 each.) The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 27. The following provisions apply to this announcement: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial; 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items; 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items; and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items. 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items must be submitted with responses. Responses are required within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the publication date of this notice. Synopsis NLM 01-178/SAN shall be referenced in all responses to this announcement.
