Description

The U.S. Dept of Housing and Urban Development is seeking a company that can provide unverified multifamily real estate sales and/or assessors data for all counties in Northern California (all those from Monterey, Kings, Tulare, and Inyo north); Clark and Washoe counties in Nevada; and the islandsof Oahu, Maui, Kauai, and Hawaii in Hawaii. Specific data requirements are available upon request. This would be a one-year contract. Companies will need to submit their technical approach for performing and managing the work as well a relevant experience of your firm directly related to the requirement not later than August 10.
