Description

The United States Agency for International Development intends to negotiate a sole source extension to an existing contract with PAL-TECH, Inc, Arlington, VA for the procurement of a continuation of technical assistance in support of strengthening Egyptian Human Resources Development Organizations. This effort is for up to an additional one-year period which will be followed by a competitive action. This action is a sole source extension under the authority of 40 U.S.C 474 and is not a request for competitive quotes. However, responses received from responsible sources within forty-five days after date of this notice will be evaluated.
