Description

The project entails furnishing all materials and performing all work to construct a non-load bearing wall and ceiling which meets a two-hour fire-resistance rating, furninging all materials and performing all work to install recessed fluorescent lighting, furnishing all materials and performing all work to remove four (4) doors and frames, furnishing all materials and performing all work to install six (6) doors and frames which meet a one and one-half hour fire-resistance rating, furnishing all materials and performing all work to remove and re-locate an informational booth, blackboard and map as directed by the COR, and furnishing all materials and performing all work to install illuminated and non-illuminated interior signage,in accordance with the Request For Quotation (RFQ). Mt. Elbert Powerplant is situated approximately 20 miles southwest of Leadville, Colorado, in Lake County. The due date for the Request for Quotations (RFQ) is tentatively scheduled for August 24, 2001. All reasonable sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the Bureau of Reclamation. This will be set aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System code is 235990. The Standard Industrial Classification code is 1799. The small business size standard is $7.0 Million. To receive a copy of the RFQ, contractors shall fax a request to (406) 247-7798. The fax must include contractors name, address, phone/fax numbers, tax identification and DUNS numbers. The faxes shall be to the attention of Andy Fox.
