Description

The U. S. Secret Service (USSS) intends to negotiate and award on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 with Southern Precision Armory, 76 Isle of Venice, Suite D, Ft. Lauderdale, Fl. 33301. Southern Precision Armory is the sole source for the Simrad KN-203-FAB GEN III OMNI-IV Night Vision Weapons Sights customized to USSS requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No formal solicitation package is available. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in responding to this notice. Award is anticipated within thirty (30) days. See Note 22. Note 22 is modified to read response id due by July 30, 2001.
